Amulet pendant Kalevala Bear large bronze

The strength of a bear, the might of a bear. For Nordic people, the bear was the king of the forest, a symbol of power and strength. For many, the bear was also a symbol of ancient wisdom – after all, it was believed that the bear was both of the forest and related to people. One of the earliest pieces of Kalevala jewelry was a bracelet depicting bear leaning on paws. The bear motif came from Finnish people. Now the same bear head adorns the Kalevala Bear amulet.

The large Kalevala Bear pendant made of bright bronze glowing like gold has a diameter of 25 mm. The pendant is hollow on the reverse side (the pattern is repeated in negative), so it cannot be engraved. Sturdy anchor chain, adjustable length 55/60, lobster clasp. Also available in silver.
